We bought a Golf Diesel a couple of weeks ago. Great price, fair part exchange price for our old car. We were told everything would be 100% OK with the car after being checked over before we handed over payment and sure enough it was. Alan was very helpful and would definitely recommend this place! Very happy!

We traveled over from Northern Ireland to deal with this company.  We were picked up free of charge from Newcastle airport and the service from Peter and Colin was fantastic.  The deal we got on the car made us leave more than happy.  We would highly recommend this dealer and we have done so to friends and family back home.

Bought a low mileage Corsa from here via Autotrader. Peter the owner did me a great deal in next to no time, and when I went to collect the car, it was presented in perfect condition, exactly as described, and ready to drive away.  A really nice guy to deal with face to face, not pushy, and a real gentleman. Makes a huge difference if you've ever had a negative experience with used car sales.  Travelled nearly 200 miles to do this deal with Great Park Motors, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again next time I'm looking for a used car or van.  If all used car sales were this pleasant and easy to conduct, the whole industry would have a better reputation.

Bought a nissan qashqai car way overpriced but was told I would get 6 months warranty as well as MOT and a service. The service was never done, MOT had an advisory stating the brake discs were worn yet the man who sold me the car told me this was just because the car had been standing there and not driven for a while which I later found out was a total lie and now the engine light has come on as well... absolute bunch of liars I will never buy from them again. The sale was completely rushed so I ended up buying a car with multiple problems for £6500 not to mention that the car was priced as £6499 And he added £1 on. Furious.

Bought myself my 2nd car from this dealership and couldnt be happier with it! Picked up a 64 Reg, very sporty looking Astra which was immaculate, valeters did a great job. As well Peter and Colin were very friendly and helpful, felt happy to buy a car from this place! Well Recommend! Thanks again!

Would not recommend unless you like being called a liar when something is wrong with your car! Been in twice for brake problems both times told nothing wrong and I'm a liar there's no grinding noise although mechanic heard it aswell then said he didn't and made me out to be a liar, then to be told they wouldn't pay for the repair even if there was one as warranty doesn't cover it! And it must just be down to my driving! Funny how the first time it was in they said if it needs new pads and discs they would replace them no problem but didn't and now say there not covered! Whole attitude after he had our money is just appalling, came with a full mot and grinding brakes and 2 bald tyres! would never recommend to anyone unless you get to speak to the other guy Colin he's great just unfortunate the owner hasn't got the same attitude towards his customers!

I have just bought a third car from this garage and again got a great service. Straight forward process, they sorted out everything for me. Nice people to deal with. Would recommend.

I would definitely recommend this place! Probably the best prices around the north east! A very good selection of cars and made it easy to strike a deal that suited me!

Great Service and willing to go the extra mile.

Very friendly and nothing is a bother ill be back when I need a new car, deffo 5 stars
