I was very sick. I cal too for appointment but I can’t reach . Very very bad service and customer service is so bad all I was call 5 time long q after she seid too me same answer all time she said I can’t here you But I know she here me very well I was Call to my friend I make sure my Wise not have any problem but she doing same drama with me She drop off phone lane 5 time😡😡😡😡😡

They never answer the phone and when they answer they don t give you place. If you get an appointment don t treat you right, I'm not happy with this GP 😐

This is the worst medical centre ever. I wish I can give minus star cause they need to shut this place down before every patient dies. Doctors are never available so why is the place opened. NO ONE OFFERS TO HELP.....HELP... PLS SOMEONE HELP AND CHECK THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE.

save your life and change gp instantly. I did and have been diagnosed by my new gp with diabetes, fatty liver. These lot still think they are in Bombay, pain killers are their only answers to anything especially when a neurologist has said I have developed a pain killer addiction razzak still advises on taking pain killers. These lot dont want to help patients and Patel just holds personal grudges which is totally unprofessional then again they run the practice like they are in Bombay. They will not call you in for check ups they will not monitor your illnesses and I have gone on many occasions for problems but am ignored, Hospitals write to them and request specialist care these lot ignore it, My new GP has had a nightmare in obtaining my medical notes but the Bombay clan still think its a joke, Life is not a joke and start treating your patients with the respect they deserve you popadoms. save yourself and switch gps immediately

Everytime i call there are no appointments and the receptionists never sound bothered about my health problems or the heath problems of my family
