My son was treated here a few days ago, after a few other recommendations & was very happy with the service, very well explained from start to finish and the procedure was quick and also very well explained during each step, helping to reduce my anxiety as a parent! Would 100% recommend to others, amazing staff too! Thank you again!
You have to live locally otherwise Dr Imran Zia refuses to carry out circumcisions. If you don't live around then he can't help you with complications that may arise post surgery which is strange. He is clearly moonlighting with this on Saturday mornings only. My advice to you is to look around for a reputed clinic who will offer the service and assist you 24/7 for a couple of days at the very least post surgery.
Dr Imran and his team were extremely professional and very well trained, I felt at ease and reassured throughout the procedure and the aftercare provided. Dr Imran was just a phone call away for any questions or concerns. Well worth the almost 4 hour travel time there and back.....while travelling with twins! Thank you for a great experience.
Excellent service, highly recommended, treated by very experienced surgeon doctors Mr Imran and Mr. Arif. Explained the procedure nicely, briefed about possible complication and how to treat at home. Our boy is fully well and recovered after 10 days. Thank you Mr. Imran
We were referred to Dr Imran and his team, they were very professional, organized and his team explained the procedure very well. They even provided us with after care products post circumcision of our son. He even dropped an extra pack of after care products on call request. We had very good experience of the whole process.
The clinic was very clean... The customer service from the Dr. Imran and his assistant was really good, they explained the whole process and aftercare thoroughly and were very attentive to us. They were polite and made sure we were okay whilst taking good care of our son. Highly recommend this clinic!
I would love to recommend this service to everyone. So far 2 of my family children had circumcision in the clinic. I was amazed at the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The location is extremely easy to get to and the booking is instant. I received a call for the booking and reminder a day before the appointment. The pre-assessment was rigorous and of high standards. The explanation of procedure and events to follow was extremely clear. The after care was brilliant. You get instructions what to do with a contact number to call if you need any further advice during the recovery period. The surgeon is very experienced and brilliant I would recommend this to any parents who want peace of mind The best thing is that the charges are very fair and reasonable as compared to many other places which I researched when I was looking for circumcision done privately. Full marks!!

Call ed on a mobile number which mentioned on their website and received an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. I am a foster carer and often get appointments for people under my care and never received this type of response. The person talked to me rudely when I asked for an appointment, he told me that he needs consent letter signed by Social services and mum and dad have to be presented with their Social worker,however when i called him again to asked something more he seemed more arrogent and disrespectful. I do parent and child placements and arrange things for my placements and support them but never had any problem before.
