I have been with this surgery since I was young and all I can say it is very good I always get an appointment when needed. I have now moved and realise how good they were compared to the doctors in the new area. The receptionist have never been rude to me. Always get an hospital referral straight away no fuss.

Staff is unhelpful and unable to resolve raised concerned. Also they don't address or update any raised issue by patient. Being refused to see by GP as i was late for 10 mins for my appointment but in past, most of the time i had waited for 45 to 60 mins due after my appointment time. Yesterday when i was refuse to be seen by gp, doctor was not with any patient and no one was in waiting means i was last patient to be seen and surgery to be close in next 20 mins. I took this appointment to check my blood pressure and get letter for few test, but No courtesy was shown towards patients. Just to get this appointment i have waited for 3 weeks. To get early appointment you need to manipulative / lie to your condition otherwise you have to wait for three weeks to get appointment.

Worst doctor. Worst service. Worst receptionist. My mum has been attending this doctors since she was a little girl, she then enrolled me and my sister when we were born. They were really good and professional when it was Dr Quarishi and Mrs Dr Quarishi. Since his daughter has changed the system and recruited new doctors, the surgery has gone down hill. The receptionists are totally rude and the doctors especially Dr Hameed are incompetent and misdiagnose you. I suffer from a condition called DVT which means I can get a blood clot at any time, the Doctors have never tried to help me, in fact they gave me a diagnosis of having irritable bowl syndrome and when I went to A&E I found out I had a blood clot. Me and my family are sad to leave the surgery but we can no longer continue to go here. DR HAMEED IS THE WORST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.

My husband attended the surgery on a Saturday and saw Dr Hameed, instead of listening to my husband dr hameed decided he needed to take his bp despite my husband attending for a completely different reason, Dr Hameed was not interested in diagnosing the real issue at the time and insisted my husband needs bp tablets! He then reluctantly said if you want give a urine sample... When visiting today to get another appointment booked, we asked for the results of the urine sample only to be told no results as record showed mystery sample due to no name on label, this does not make sense as if it was mystery sample and was discarded by the lab why would that note be on my husband's records. The admin staff are incompetent the doctors don't listen and I personally think they are issuing medication only to keep the surgery running!!!
