The worst GP ever. They never have appointments currently the waiting time is 2 weeks plus. Rude and aggressive staff who are all lazy idiots. The GP there told my wife her c section stitches weren't infected, we went to get a second opinion a week later and a senior consultant lost it when he heard they said it wasn't infected and told us it was badly infected and would have been for several weeks. We will be taking it further as medical negligence could and put my wife's life at risk. Boycott this GP as if you don't they will never improve and give us the service we all pay for.

It's one of those surgeries where you have to call on the day for an appointment which means, if you work, you'll not know if you're seeing the doctor until you're already late. Unfortunately I've experienced several mix-ups between the GPs and the front office staff which has caused issues and delays with prescriptions. While the staff are nice, it doesn't make up for the issues I've encountered.

Looks like you entered 1980 when you get inside. Receptionist lacks communication skills and courtesy. Dr sohail is also weak in character and weak in medical expertise. More concerned with note taking and googling your queries and giving a generic response. Terrible.

Dr M Sohail is an incompetent , every time he gives to my kids antibiotics, he don't care about the patients , he is not listening us
