A fantastic Bristol boozer that was new to me. A great selection of local beer, both pale ales and bitters in a relaxed setting to enjoy the best of Bristol's brilliant beer selection.
Love this pub, great atmosphere and great cider. Lovely outdoor area too, perfect for summertime drinking.
Quaint city pub has a rather dingy damp basement room which occasionally host musical groups ie. Sea Shanty singalong. Parking difficult and Drinks expensive. That said it has a strange appeal and is worth a visit. Will return.
Totally wonderful...staff super friendly and management very accommodating....had my son's wake here ..... couldn't have asked for more. Great fun pub with great atmosphere will be back
lovely cosy pub inside and really nice beer garden outside, will definitely be coming back to enjoy in the summer! busy on a friday evening but understandable with such friendly staff and friendly atmosphere
This is the best pub. Great beer, music and people. Just yes.
Niche pub next to the old General Hospital and 5 minutes from the harbour walks. Has a very 90s feel about it which felt a bit dated on a Friday afternoon visit. But I am told that, for those who like that sort of thing, it is something of a "party" bub on weekend evenings. You can take your own vinyl to play on the deck downstairs by the chill out area. That's all for the youngsters, but for us the selection of 10 real ales on offer was the attraction, and a real sun trap of a beer garden at the rear.
Loved it. Such a lovely pub, bigger than it looks from the outside, especially with the garden. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Thought they were considerate of the neighbours, as we had to come in from the garden at 10pm.
Great pub, big screen, nice room for music and comedy.
Very busy pub on the Saturday night when I visited with friends. Had a great time in there, fantastic range of beers and cider, staff were happy and seemed to enjoy their work.
