Good little pub just away from the town centre and great choice of beers, ales and ciders. The owner is a good laugh, especially with his little pub dog. Lovely warm open fire too, great touch to the pub.
One of the best pubs in Bristol. Great mix of locals and music fans. Great buzz in here, beer excellent too
This is a nice little pub down an ally. The inside is a bit empty but with plenty of standing space and a classic range of drinks. There is a good amount of benches on the cobble stones out front. The staff where great to talk too and there was two small pub dogs running around which added some entertainment. There is also a sign on the front of the building where you can learn about some of the history of the pub.
Back street pub, basic bar area, serves interesting beers not served anywhere else locally.
Friendly staff, good drinks. Have met a lot of nice people and performers who come in for a drink from next door the fleece. Cheers to Sean and his dog Zep.
The Seven Stars Bristol is unique. A pub with a smile as enigmatic as the Mona Lisa. If you go on a Sunday you'll catch some amazing music from 3pm to 6pm.
A simple and stripped-back interior didn't rend this particular pub too inviting for me - and the range of beer on tap, whilst excellent for Real Ale drinkers though I was told that nothing on tap, during my visit, was locally brewed, I felt there was an absence of variation in the beer menu. The outside tables were very popular, which created quite good atmosphere, but I don't think I'll rush back.
Good selection of local beers but a bit pricey compared with other real ale pubs in Bristol
Great pub, cool staff, and plenty of stories about its past! Always worth popping in for a
Always a great selection of real ales, well kept. Very busy when there’s a concert on next door at The Fleece. Historic pub. My great-great grandfather drank here 160 years ago. Still has the same carpet…! ;-
