I’d like to give 5 stars as I love this place, however there is never soya milk, as advertised. I frequent the pub & when I’d like a hot drink I have to opt for black as there’s never any soya. Many people are changing to plant based milks(almond & coconut are popular too), companies like Costa coffee & Starbucks have brought in a range to suit those people. Certain other local pubs have done the same. Please consider getting some in or remove it from the menu. Many thanks.

Party of 6, 1 kid. Food was a mixed bag from average (cheese and bacon burger) to really good (Sunday roast). Children's menu was a bit limited. Good service though. Decent, average prices.

Cosy place with absolutely excellent food. I mean, truly excellent. I have to be honest here and say that the vegetarian options aren't as numerous as the rest, but it doesn't feel like a second class choice here. Oh, and they are totally pet friendly, and will happily give your dog a bowl of water.

Staff very eager to take our order! Despite being nearly empty it took 20 mins for order to arrive. Fish finger sandwich was fine. Loaded potato skins, tiny portion and very dry.

Lovely place 2 eat. Great service when you get served, took 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive, staff helpful and friendly, food excellent, my friend Lilian says the trifle needs Sherry! Try the pie. Would have given four stars but such a long waiting time considering they were not busy.
