The hotel wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. Room was small but had all I needed. The heating was fierce but at least I could open the window. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The staff were excellent and accomodating to our employees needs over the weeks they stayed there for a project in Horsham. A much easier experience than some of the larger chains available in the area we could've booked with.

Clean if a little scruffy. Arrived for inclusive breakfast within the correct timeframe only to be told breakfast was over. A partial refund was given.

We stayed in a family room. Very reasonably priced, friendly, and comfortable. Lovely room, with a real third bed not a rollaway or camp bed like some places have. Huge breakfast included. Great location in walking distance to park.

My partner and I were provided with a ground floor family room at no extra cost. The best part of the two night stay was the soothing music in the breakfast room and a reasonable breakfast. On the downside the wash basin plug would not seal the bowl therefore you had to leave the tap running. the toilet paper was ultra thin. The shower water pressure was a joke. The television picture continually had interference which needed to be attended to. The wash basin issue and television matter was passed onto to the owner and nothing was done to resolve the matter. Interestingly with a little more effort I feel certain guest comments would be a lot more positive.
