My wife and I just got married at Godwick and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! We also used the accommodations for our wedding party and the whole property is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms in the houses are so spacious and luxurious. The hall itself is such a perfect place for a wedding/reception and all of our guests loved it. My wife and I are SO happy we chose Godwick and are blown away by the staff and James the owner and his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend!
Amazing place to stay, made even better as we were attending a wedding. Set in the gorgeous Norfolk countryside you will see a whole host of wildlife. Rooms are excellent, most very big with onsite provisions. Hall has plenty of space to keep people entertained and occupied. All to a high standard but would appreciate small touch ups in places. Rooms: Very generous sized with comfy beds.

Lovely quiet place. Didn't see a soul. Nice rural location. Shepherd's hut nicely fitted but small with instant hot water, woodburner and stove and decent shower and wc. Small fridge froze the orange juice and could not see how to turn down. Personally would prefer not to be charged extra for continental breakfast or logs but overall very satisfied
Stayed for a friend's wedding in one of the shepherds huts and inside. Hut was so lovely and well-kitted out, though you need a BBQ or camping stove. The inside room was amazing! Though it could have done with some frosting on the loo window nothing embarrassing, but did make you feel a bit self-conscious. Well well done kitchen and other rooms.
The most incredible house! We hired Godwick Hall, the Shepherds Huts and the Stables as accommodation for our wedding at Godwick Barn. The Hall was amazing to spend the weekend at, we loved the pool and games room in particular. Beautiful views from all rooms and the most comfortable beds.Rooms: 5/5
We had our long-awaited wedding at the Barn. The night before, and night of the wedding, our family stayed in the Hall as well. I'd give 1000 stars if I could, and it's not just because I'm still all hopped up on my wedding high! The Godwick team are an amazing set of people who genuinely care about the work they do, as well as making every effort that you have the best day of your life. They were a dream to work with. And they made sure our day was perfect, which it absolutely was. The Hall is gorgeous and made a really nice space for our family to stay, and all of us to get ready together. We received so many compliments about both the Barn and Hall from our guests. And even without their compliments, it was a dream venue to spend the most important day of our life at. Thank you for everything, guys. And for anyone considering a holiday or a wedding here, you will not be disappointed.
Great place to discover local history. Information boards around the area give an insight into the lost village. Very quiet location. Make sure you go past the first set of buildings and follow the farm track further down to get to the main car park next to the big hall to start your trip around to follow the information boards
Just returned from a Saturday wedding at Godwick, where my daughter was married, and can't praise the venue enough, stunning location and views. Stayed in the accommodation Friday and Saturday, also top notch. Staff were excellent, special mention to our wedding event manager,Amy, who made sure everything went smoothly. If you want a wedding venue with the wow factor, this is the place for you.
