Had a lovely one night stay for 4 of us all coming from different areas of the Country. We was welcomed with a no trouble warm welcome by Sue, who showed us around and we had the whole use of the attic and annex. Treats were left for us all which was a nice touch. Ideal stay for visiting Thursford Christmas spectacular. Highly recommend.
From the moment I spoke on the phone with Sue she was willing to help, and so it was. We stayed in the attic fits 4, that was very roomy and with a full kitchen unit and the twin room. She welcomed us and left some treats in our room. The house is in a great location outside the city center but with walking distance to the main street with restaurants. If we will visit Norfolk again I’m sure she will be the first I will call to check availability’s. Thank you, Hadas
Very welcoming, we had two rooms a twin and a double our teenage twins felt safe and secure in their own room below ours, both rooms were tidy and comfortable and had on suit facilities. Our room had small kitchenette as we were there on a self catering basis . We had our cockerpoo with us and she was just as welcome. Although we were self catering we were able to have the table set for us and condiments supplied for our evening meal take outs. The owners were very friendly and helpful and gave good directions . They only down side was the very limited parking on side street.
We spent two nights in the loft conversation which was superb . Wonderful hosts and breakfast can’t wait to return Rooms: Superb Food & drinks: Lovely breakfast
Very nice B&B. Sue put us up at short notice 3 cyclists, locked our bikes in the shed out back, excellent cooked breakfast, even asked us to leave out our water bottles so she could fill them. Close to town for restaurants & pubs. Recommended.
Perfect location for our visit, warm, friendly, hospitality was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, old meets the new,. Highly recommended, with the wonderful garden centre, 5 mins walk from house. Will definitely be returning.Rooms: 5/5
A comfortable and welcoming place to stay after a long day. Lovely, warm room with en suite bathroom, where I could make a welcome cup of tea on arrival. Sue was accommodating and flexible, easily agreeing to my request for a rather late breakfast. I would stay here again.
Can’t fault this place or the lovely owners. Clean and comfortable. Nice location on edge of Fakenham so walkable from my daughters house. Breakfast was excellent and we even had strawberries and.cream left in the fridge! Thank you
Just back from a 4 day break, I cant thank Sue enough for making our break so wonderful... really chilled, relaxed B&B with lovely breakfasts. Sue made sure we were well looked after. Thank you.Rooms: 4/5
Comfortable accommodation within easy walking distance of Fakenham tiwn centre and racecourse. Welcoming host, excellent breakfasts.
