I don’t know where to begin and how I can thank from the bottom of my heart all the doctors, nurses and staff at Gillingham PDSA. My cat had to be operated on and was here for a week. I know all the staff members took care of him and he was as comfortable as possible and I know it’s thanks to them that he’s alive and is recovering quickly. We couldn’t be more grateful and would always recommend this clinic.
My girls has been with the PDSA for 10 years and in that time she has had many issues. Thanks to the PDSA they have saved her life from cancer to flea-darts being stuck in her eye.nStaff know me by face and always try their best to fit us in.nEven when there has been complications or issues the staff have been understanding of my distress, knowing our pets are our babies and tried their best to comfort me.nThankyou for your compassion
Absolutely wonderful staff, made me feel at ease whilst I'm going through one of the hardest things in my life. Every appointment has been done with empathy and my dog has been treated with respect with plenty of fuss. A very good organisation who deserve proper funding.
The veterinary team provided exceptional care when my dog had a tick in its eye on the evening of Sunday, May 26, 2024. Our wait time was minimal, and they effectively removed the tick while providing clear post-treatment instructions. I am deeply appreciative of the team's professionalism and expertise.
Cannot fault the service I received today. Wonderful friendly reception staff, a very knowledgable and helpful vet. Apt when I needed it. I will bring my Reggie back if and when needed and support this branch as much as I can.
