Judith came to my rescue when I was struggling to find somewhere for my lovely cat Biscuit to stay in August 2017. She took him in and looked after him like her own. She also kept him for far longer when we found we couldn't actually move into our house after the holidays! Judith would send me regular updates. The accommodation is fantastic and clean. Biscuit liked his cat tree so much that I bought it from Judith when I went to collect him. I recommend Judith and the Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Margate with no reservations whatsoever. I only wish she was closer!! Thanks a million Judith.

Having used a couple of other catteries in the area we have found this one the best by far. The owner, Judith, has taken very good care of our fur baby Elsa, she always comes home happy and content (once we can get her to leave her comfortable pad). We searched a long time for a cattery that would provide the level of care that anyone would hope for their cats and owners and were lucky enough to find it with Longcroft. Would Highly recommend

We have used the Margate hotel for around 2 weeks, and it is our third stay in the Longcroft chain in England. Excellent hotel, amazing facility for any type of cat, and it really responds to the title "luxury"! Judith - the owner- have done an amazing job and more than that. We were getting great set of pictures almost every day - every second day by email with a short description on how the cat was doing. We live in London, and Judith was extremely flexible and understanding with the time of check in and out due to our travel times. Cat was very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. We thank you so much, Judith, and all the best to the hotel and its guests!

My cat has stayed here twice and loves it. The environment is comfortable and clean and Judith is very caring. I have no concerns leaving my cat in her care

I was blown away by the level of care and empathy displayed by Judith. I received daily updates with photos, and for the first time ever, Boise Idaho has returned from a cattery with no signs of stress. He highly recommends the A La Cat menu
