We are delighted with the care our cat Ola has received whilst in your care. From the moment we dropped him off we knew he would be in the best possible hands, the staff are so kind and caring and you know that they genuinely love cats. We enjoyed our holiday knowing that he would be well looked after. In fact I have already mentioned boarding him there again in October, and would never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much.

Lovely Cattery and Grooming Place. My elderly cat Minnie always stays there when we go on holiday and I have total peace of mind. The staff are wonderful so kind and caring.  This morning Minnie had a grooming appointment and Karen was so lovely with her and she looks amazing now and smells lovely.  Highly recommend them.

5* All the way!
Have been customers since 2008 and always highly recommend them. They look after both our cat and 'scaredy cat' dog excellently. The front line staff at Birchington are welcoming, very friendly and totally professional. 
What more could you possibly want?

I have been taking all my dogs and cats to this practice since 1978 when I first moved to Thanet and  Mr Shawcross was in charge. The care and expertise throughout this time could not have been better -- two cruciate ligament operations (the second of these performed by Jill Matthews) on my beloved GS/LabradorX Ebony enabled him to continue for many years enjoying an active life jumping over the sea wall at Minnis Bay. Likewise the advice and support given when our animals' lives sadly come to an end. There have been so many good experiences over the years that one cannot praise the team enough on all counts.
My new little rescue cat Ana has just spent two weeks in the Birchington cattery, where she was cuddled and lovingly cared for. Thoroughly to be recommended!
