I have very recently sold my property through Margetts. I always felt assured I was in good hands and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Thank you Oliver and Jerry for all of your help. I would highly recommend Margetts if you are looking to sell or rent your property - you will receive a traditional and personal service from a highly experienced and professional team.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Highly aware that it is a rentals market at the moment as see this as an opportunity to do the least amount of work possible. Would not trust anything they say, agent forced us to back out and when we said that is not our aim, spoke to the landlord and requested he withdraw our application for a rental. Disappointing considering we asked for the bare minimum to be fixed before moving into a rental property. They wanted us to move in with a rotten bay window, with holes and leaks in during the coldest three months of the year- the disappointing part is we agreed before application in writing that this was to be fixed before move in date and still nothing. The letting agent made no effort to withhold their end of the agreement and found it easier to back out and put the property back on the market. SOOOOOO poor
Has been dealing with Margetts for multiple times, and every time has been very pleasant and highly professional to satisfy requirements, the team is always very helpful making the stressful sale much easier process, thank you Margetts team!
Although we didn’t purchase the property we was interested in through Margetts due to circumstances, we would like to say a big thank you to Oliver for all his thorough and hard work he put in which should have been done by the Agents selling our home. We will have no hesitation in using Margetts again and recommend them on the service they provide, thanks again Oliver, Chris & Graham Rutter
Absolutely fabulous sales team at every level. Handled our sale with care and expertise that, when we've compared to other agencies since, we realise was even more outstanding. Oliver goes above and beyond to put everyone at ease throughout the process and keep all parties informed. Thank you for everything you did for us, couldn't recommend Margetts more highly!
