Simple but so good! We had a pleasant stay at Gilfach Camping. There is a beautiful huge lawn with groups of trees where you can pitch your tent. As there are no cars allowed on the campsite, it is for tents only, which is very nice. The toilets, showers etc. are completely new and everything was clean. You have a really nice view to the lake - lovely! One thing that would be a plus: a phone locker where you can charge up :
Lovely friendly campsite in ideal location with great views of Llangorse lake. We stayed in December so were the only people there but still felt very welcome. It’s a great spot for exploring Brecon. They have new toilets/showers which weren’t open yet but look fab. Only thing to note is Llangorse lake is not a good one for swimming but there are plenty of other spots. Would highly recommend thanks for a lovely stay.
Had a great time staying here. The campsite is very nice and quiet, with good views and good facilities. There aren't a lot of flat spaces but we made do anyway.
We camped for 2 nights, fantastic sunsets over Langorse Lake, beautiful new toilet block, surrounded by horses and easy access up onto Three Rivers Ride and other Black Mountains hikes.
Out with our DofE Gold group, great toilet block, nice grounds, great views, very worth a visit.

Lovely campsite with a great view! Possibly the cleanest toilet/shower block we have ever had on a campsite! Will definitely come back :D

Fantastic find. We stayed here for two nights and on the second night had the whole field to ourselves which we couldn’t quite believe as it’s such a lovely site. Stunning views over Llangorse Lake and the Brecon Beacons and such a peaceful location. Showers were hot. You park at the top of the field so the camping field itself is nice and quiet. There’s a little small holding on site full of goats and super friendly donkeys which we loved too. To top it off it was only £6 each a night, absolute bargain. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
