Lovely place for wildlife. Lovely lake, got boat's to hire NOT cheap. Grass for kids to play on BUT NO swing's, climbing frames etc. Make sure you take stuff for kids to play with. Toilets are not the best, some lights etc would help. Really to dark. Cafe on Llangorse but not the cheapest. If you love nature go for it :-)

Beautiful lake set in the Brecon Beacons national park. Suitable for almost all watersports including skiing. Need to 'bring your own' so to speak. No fast food outlets thank goodness!

Once you turn off the town road into Llangorse Lake you will be greeted with a nice looking Cafe and Camp Shop Building. The shop is a little pricey for what they sell but its a great addition for the Camp Site Attached to the Park. The Cafe is reasonably priced and both of which are wheelchair accessible. The parking is free and plenty of it. Be careful for the beautiful friendly horses that roam on the grass area's. You can hire paddle boats during sunny days or you can hire a row boat ect... all cheap. You can take your own boat and launch it for a small fee. The wildlife is amazing and is a great spot for bird watching and photography

Beautiful place.. Ideal for twitchers...lovely walk.. Ideal in fine weather for picnics
