Hi everyone!!
We are an independent family run bicycle shop in Clapham/Battersea, London, established in 2011.
We carry out repairs & services of any bikes, makes and models by our qualified Cytech mechanic, from a simple inner tube to a full strip & rebuild. We are also a Campagnolo, Shimano & Sram repair centre.

We are the authorized dealer of:

Troy was so helpful and speedy getting my bike that had been sat outside weathering back to being roadworthy at such a reasonable price. The whole process was done in under 24 hours and was so transparent. Really happy and will be coming back for further services and anything else bike related!
I can't recommend this bike shop enough. The owner is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs. Their expertise in bikes and parts is unmatched, and they provide outstanding service every time. The shop is well-organized and stocked with everything you could need. Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, you’ll leave satisfied and well-informed. This place is a gem!
I arrived just before closing on a Monday. Two individuals fully geared up to go out on their motorbikes, welcomed me. I needed to pump air into my wheels and they explained it was £1 for a manual pump, and £3 for electric. They were geared up because they were about to leave but they still took the time to help me. Good people deserve good reviews. Will come back.
Best and safest place to have your bike serviced in SW London! Troy is a lovely guy. I’ve given him my race bike for a full service and handle bar change and also a mini service. Great pricing and he’s always looking to help you with the best options.
Super helpful, really friendly and went above and beyond to get my bike repaired when I experienced an unexpected issue. Would 100% recommend. Way better than the high street chains.
I have been using Get a Grip for many years and I am always very impressed by the level of service and care taken. The team are friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable. This is easily the best cycle workshop in the area.
Dropped my bike off without a booking. Troy was clearly busy, but said he'd fit me in. Within ~24 hours he text me with his assessment and work required. All work done and bike collected within 36 hours of dropping my bike off. Would 100% recommend. Reasonable prices as well for the quality of work!
I can't recommend Troy enough. Don't be deceived by the commuter bikes in the windows. I get both my race bikes serviced here, and they always come back exactly as I've asked, and for a very reasonable price. There aren't many shops left where everybody knows the owner by name, making this shop a real asset to the community.
Troy always goes the extra mile... Great service, communication and professional advice. Made collecting my Cycle To Work Scheme bike a doddle. Comes highly recommended, 10/10! Support your local independent companies.
First time coming here and dropped my bike off without a booking - Troy was super helpful and friendly and did a fantastic job replacing the wheels and carrying out a general service in such quick time. And all for a very reasonable price - thanks so much.
