I had a flat tire last weekend, so went for the first time to Flag Bikes. Service and experience are just great. You can tell they love what they do. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they helped me to solve my tire issue and gave me some tips along the way. 100% recommended.
One of the favourite shops around. The staff is always helpful and most friendly. Even if I had to travel an extra mile or two I would will come over here... b cause of the expertise and professional service... well done and big up
Service was friendly, fast and very professional. Came in on a Sunday night, hoping to get it fixed quickly so i could ride during the week. The staff were all friendly and the environment inside was welcoming and i was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you all very much!

An exemplary level of service. Helpful, knowledgable, personable... not to mention respectful of all COVID restrictions!!! Based on interactions by phone and subsequent visits to the store, I'd actually not want or need to go anywhere else unless really necessary. Exceptional.
