We repair any bike, from children's to hybrids to mountain bikes and road bikes. We like a challenge and have decades of experience repairing and servicing bikes.

We also sell tools, lights, locks, helmets, new tires, pannier bags, Campag parts, and offer good honest advice about your bike. We can also rebuild and restore bikes to mint condition, and have no problem dealing with complete carbon bikes

Far and away my favourite bike shop I’ve tried a few. Run by Mark and his dogs it is the place for personal service at a fair price. If you have time, expect a cuppa!  It has a workshop feel, with every possible surface covered with good accessories. Expect to come away with a decent job and a well-prepared bike.  If you’re worried about dogs or with kids they are really benign and Mark will explain how to both give them attention or show that you’re not interested.

Great bike store, my chain had came off my bike, nice man fixed and checked my bike over fully, thank you so very much. Would highly recommend.

Limped in the shop at 16:45 on a Saturday afternoon with a snapped gear cable and the guy fixed it on the spot in 15 minutes. Also took the headset apart and finally sorted out my niggling clicking noise. Nice fella, top job.

Mark is proper old school. Appreciate that might not work for some in this age of appearance over substance but he’s the real deal: a hugely experienced bike shop owner who’s forgotten more about bikes than many will ever learn. He’s a lovely guy who’s very eager to help and can fix almost any problem with your bike. He’s also a mine of useful information about any question on bikes and biking that you might have. A local treasure in other words. We’re lucky to have him.

Just taken my bike in for a service. I received friendly customer service from the minute I walked in to the shop. I explained that in addition to the service, I also wanted mud-guards fitted having been splattered in the rain one too many times recently! Within 24 hours I received a phone call saying that the bike was ready to collect. Everything was great - the bike had been cleaned, a few bits replaced and the mud-guards fitted. Cycling home was a real treat - it felt like a brand new bike. Very good value too! Thank you for your courteous and efficient service. It also feels good to support this independent retailer in preference to the larger, less personal chains. Highly recommended!

Excellent bike shop! Mark is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I got my bike serviced - it was quick, affordable and overall a good experience! It's great to have such a good local! I definitely recommend
