I don't often write reviews but... Gorgeous Bikes has some great stuff. Colin stocks items that he finds interesting and unique and there are some great hard-to-find items in his store. Colin has a rare personality in that he really knows his trade. I walked in asking for a certain jacket and he told me I would end up buying a specific other jacket of the same brand. He even sized me up immediately sure enough, perfect fit! I had bought a few items at a motorcycle show, one of which didn't fit me quite right. Colin was nice enough to let me exchange it for something else in his store without any quibbles. His policy is this: let's keep things simple. This reminds me of buying things in my hometown where it's just so much more of a personal experience! Highly recommended for reliability and some pretty cool items! I will definitely be back.
I've lusted after a really nice leather jacket for years but the mainstream store prices for anything decent had always put me off. Give Colin a call because he did me an unbelievable deal on one of the best brands out there. Can't believe how nice this jacket is and what a great bargain it turned out to be.
Purchased a pair of Icon Elsinore boots from them. Spoke with a chap there a couple of times to change my order from brown to black and this was not an issue for him. Black boots duly arrived and are superb. Dealing with Gorgeous Bikes has been a pleasure with no nonsense, to the point, advice. Reviewing their website, they don't seem to sell shite, hence why I went to them for the Icon boots. Brilliant. I'll use them again. Many thanks.
I recently bought my Roof helmet from Gorgeous bikes. Colin who runs the show knows his stuff and really helped me out. They stock loads of cool helmets that most shops don't stock and Colin is a real motorbike enthusiast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be returning one day.... Thanks!
I have bought some Esquad jeans from Gorgeous bikes, online motorcycle clothing dealer. I have to say the owner Colin has been excellent and gone out of his way to try to supply me a set of ESquad jeans Strong that have now gone out of production., First of all he sent me a set of alternative jeans to try as these were not quite right for me he has managed to trace a set of the original strong version - left over at the factory and had them shipped out so he can supply them to me. Excellent and helpful guy with quality clothing.
Gorgeous bikes is amazing and so is the authentic product they sell. I bought a Vanson comeptition grade leather jkt, found it a struggle to buy from Vanson directly. Collin advised me of the exact style to buy, even the finish of the leather, depending on how special I wanted the jacket to be. He read my mind and new I wanted a fashion fit so got me a special fit done that has to be ordered . I got to say...I am completely in awe by the knowledge and service I got from Gorgeous bikes it was amazing, believe me I’m fussy. Will definitely shop again and have told all my mates where they need to go for the biker garments and accessories. Thanks again Gorgeous bikes...!
Ordered the latest Roof Boxer Target, that no one else had in stock and it was cheaper than anyone else as well. Wanted an iridium visor, but was informed that Roof were having production problems in France and it would probably be a couple of weeks or so, assuming that they sorted out the issue. Still waiting for visor, but have to say the service was very good and the helmet turned up a couple of days after ordering it. Will definitely be going back again.
So I thought with all these positive feedbacks this will be a safe "£400-jacket purchase" BUT I couldn't have been more wrong. After three months I had not yet received the jacket, the seller did not respond to e-mails so I had to claim the money via paypal. This shop defenitely This shop definitely does not have "clean flour in the bag". Avoid! :-p
Recently had reason to exchange some boots provided by GB. Not an ideal situation but for the circumstances what a breath of fresh air. Phone call, details taken. 3 days later new boots arrived, old ones picked up by same courier, no delays, no BS. Next time I need bike gear I'll be looking here. Good prices too.
I visit Gorgeous Bikes a while ago and order a GPA, OSBE helmet and i really was impressed by the service, their told me that i can expect the helmet after 2 months at my home?Antwerp,Belgium and yes i received well like Colin said. For me the shop and the people are awesome and you see me again and i recommend your shop to everybody ;-
