Went the extra mile to please. Lovely and clean, my bacon sandwich was perfect and lean. Would definitely recommend. Pleasant cheerful staff.
The old timey atmospgere quute literally transports you back in time with the decor and faithfulness of the drcor. Incredibly friendly staff and good quality food as well. Would definitely come back at a later date for the amazing service and feel. Cheers, York!
The food here is very delicious. Visited York last time and we couldn’t forget this place so we came here again. Would definitely come here again if possible! Good food, interesting architecture and good service!
Good quality food and service. Very nice location pub located in old English house. You can dine with your kids - high chair for toddlers is not a problem, owners gladly helps. After their fish & chips I was full and happy. Also the price was reasonable. I recommend this place as a stop before further sightseeing.
Awful . Ordered 2 cream teas .scones were very dry and they omitted the jam!... all we got was a oh sorry..ten pounds please ..nice building tho
