Awesome pub. Gets busy after work, but seats available across 3 floors so good chances to find space. Also they take bookings too. Great food. Vast selection of ciders and beers. Staff!!! Most kind and helpful. Dog friendly place too.
Really nice atmosphere! Came to watch a football game and Shannon in particular was very accommodating and managed to find us a very spacious area. Food and drink service was spot on and very quick. Food was tasty and would recommend the Scampi and chip's. Will definitely be coming back again
Fantastic time at the karaoke night ! Loved it - great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again. Only let down was a young, woman bar staff member, smaller in stature. She was so frosty and rude and has been previously .
Popped in for a couple of cocktails on our way to Oxford Street. They were very nice and seasonal too, with mulled wine included. It was a good traditional London pub just off Oxford Street. We didn't eat here but the menu looked good. Service was very slow, however. There was actually quite a long queue to get to the bar as only 1 person was serving for quite a while. Good job we weren't dying of thirst! Another member of staff did turn up to help with the queue, but by then, my friend had queued for at least 10 minutes.
It started raining. I was thirsty. I Googled up the pubs and Duke of York looked stunning. When i came in i asked staff to help me out with water, phone charger and Toilet. 3 Indian people were amazing. They even explained me cricket rules. It was my sobriety day so i didn't order anything, i enjoyed the atmosphere of the pub, and it was very hard for me to leave in to cold April rain. The pub is very cozy. Thank you team!
Shanon the manager is an amazing professional and think any employer must be very proud and grateful to have her. She provided with the best experience. We will definitely be back, the whole team is very kind and nice.
A really nice pub with a friendly atmosphere that I would recommend going to if you're in the area. Look out for Kaz and Shannon, 2 top performers in their field. They will always make you feel at home. Beers and grub are top notch, a nice place to go for a night out. Enjoy all.
The staff were so lazy and depressing. A young woman of small height wearing glasses was also rude to my friends. Small pub but the drinks were very good though.
Ok I’m gonna be honest ,this is the best bar in town ,the ppl working are amazing like Jigar Ahir , Prateek, Shanon, Kevin But to be honest Shanon is the best bartender in the city but don’t forget my guy Jigar Ahir talk to him first! Shanon I like you keep the good work u are amazing person!
