I have used Gem Box twice now. First time was for two rings to be resized, I was really pleased with the work done. I have since had a bracelet repaired, the jeweller managed to match up the colour of the gold and the repair was done within a couple of days. I am so pleased with the repair and I would very much recommend the Gem Box. Customer service and repairs are outstanding. Thank you very much.

First visit to this shop. Taken in some repairs. On recommendation.......seems a friendly  and organised establishment.  Very helpful.  Cost of repairs is very acceptable and looking forward to seeing my jewellery repaired in a few days.

I got a diamond white gold ring polished and replated in a day for £35. The customer service is exceptional. H Samuel quoted me £1500 and refused to replate it as apparently needed some work doing to it. Looks perfect now. Thanks again and will be using you moving forward.

Bought a watch recently for my wife on our anniversary staff were so pleasant and helpful. Had cufflinks myself too. Can't fault the staff. Be back again soon

We must keep great shops going. I bought a watch elsewhere and had the strap adjusted here. The watch was unreliable and I had to exchange for another. I returned to have the strap adjusted on the new watch and they refused to let me pay. Priceless service. Thanks.

Genuine and honest people! Went for a repair to my boxing glove pendant, they managed to do the work there and then which only took an hour. I’m well happy with the results will definitely be recommending and going there for any future works. Thanks gem box
