What a find! I discovered Sara Preisler Gallery this weekend looking for a gift for my sisters birthday and when I stumbled across this beautiful boutique shop I was not disappointed. Welcomed so kindly by Sara, she took the time to listen to what my sisters jewellery preferences were, helping me find the perfect necklace. All the jewellery is beautifully handmade and each piece is different, meaning I would never have found this on the high street. So glad I took 5 minutes to walk down to the Custard Factory, would most definitely recommend!
I have visited the Sara Preisler Gallery on numerous occasions, gift shopping regularly for my Mum and Auntie. I've always had the most pleasant experiences no matter what my budget has been, particularly recently when my budget has been limited! The service has always been extremely friendly and relaxed - the gallery's wide range of jewellery choices has left me indecisive on a few visits, but I've still felt comfortable in taking my time! A great place to shop, I would highly recommend to anyone living in or visiting Birmingham.
Upon arriving into the Sara Preisler Gallery I was greeted with a warm welcome and became fascinated with the array of designers along with the high quality jewellery that was displayed. The delicate gallery is charming. I was given an in depth explanation of the inspirations behind the pieces I was interested in and the techniques used to make it. Overall it was pleasant meeting Sara and looking around the gallery. I will be visiting again soon and would highly recommend my family and friends to do the same.
I chanced upon the Sara Preisler Gallery while browsing in the shops around the Custard Factory. There was a great selection of jewellery, sculptures and other curios and I spent almost an hour browsing the various pieces. The female member of staff was happy to help and advise me without pressuring me into making a purchase, my budget wasn't the largest and I never felt pressured into spending more than I could afford. It was obvious the lady concerned took great pride in the items she was selling and knew the history and provenance of every item I asked about. On this occasion I bought a small pendant but was so impressed I admit I have since bought several more items from the excellent website.
A most lovely place to visit and buy from- I visited this gallery shop a few weeks ago with my wife- and noted there was a lot of jewellery she liked here, not wanting to buy her a gift in front of her, I decided to get it for her in secret for a surprise. So last week I phoned up this shop and Sara, the owner was most helpful in to make sure I got exactly the right item for her. Not only did she remember us and my wife's preference for several pieces, she gift wrapped them beautifully and made sure it was posted in time for my wife's birthday, I would have been stuck because I knew there was rather a lot my wife liked from here and probably would have found it hard to make a decision online alone!
I visited this gallery last month to buy a necklace for my grandaughter. Lovely little shop. The staff member was very kind and helpful. Grandaughter is very delighted with the gift, many thanks to Sara and the team for the great service. Great jewellery and artwork, highly recommended.
I've had the pleasure of spending many a day in Sara's gallery and her manner with customers and designers alike is wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and for those who return time and again, she extends a particularly caring service. It's not just about the business either - Sara is an active member of the design community and I see her supporting and bringing on new talent. Having known Sara for many years I am in awe of how she has built her business up from nothing to where it is today. She is now stocking some of my own creations and the whole experience is great so don't pay any notice of the other review - utter tosh!
Bought a gorgeous necklace from here the other day, Sara was really kind and patient and lead me straight to the perfect gift, can't wait for her to open it Christmas day! It was also really nice to see her workshop space upstairs you can see how much work goes into each piece and it's really special :D
An amazing place to find in the Custard Factory!! Warm and welcoming as you walk in the door and such a beautiful selection of jewellery it was so hard to choose. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special gift or a treat for yourself.
The Sara Preisler gallery is full of exquisite pieces throughout, all presented in a beautiful manner. I was warmly greeted upon arrival by Sara who provides a service nothing short of perfect. Sara is happy accommodate any customer needs and takes great pride in all of her work. Highly recommended to visit!
