Roberts Jewellers is a great quality jewellers with excellent customer service and caring staff. My wife bought me a watch from Roberts many years ago and has lasted me a long time. It recently got damaged but the shop offered to fix it with no charge. I would definitely recommend this jewellers to anyone who is looking to purchase any merchandise as it is extremely high quality.

Great jewelers store, a really good selection of new, vintage, mens & womens jewellery along with a good selection & reasonably priced watches from Rolex to Cartier. I've made a few purchases over the years & always take a look when passing.

Yesterday was the third or forth time my wife has purchased jewellery from Roberts Jewellers and as usual the service was second to none. The member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable. friendly and professional throughout the sales process. We asked several questions and were always satisfied with the answers. At no time did we feel rushed or that we were not important customers. We even managed a slight discount on the purchase! We don't visit Roberts Jewellers very often even though we live reasonably close but when we do, we always buying that extra special piece of jewellery at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend a visit to Roberts Jewellers if you are looking for that extra special gift for a loved one or even yourself. You will experience service as it should be but is very often missing.

I have been going to Roberts Jewellers in town for years. From treating myself to buying gifts for my family. On every visit they have been utterly remarkable. Very attentive, generous with their time and truly lovely, relatable people. They have always made me feel welcome and listened to - especially when I’m looking for a piece of jewellery that’s not standard and they always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for and trust me I’m a very picky individual. They’re attentive, quality of the jewellery is 1st class, prices of the various pieces I have bought are appropriately priced and I have never had any issues with any of the pieces I have bought. That’s why I keep coming back. It’s hard to find a trusted antique jewellers. Roberts is a keeper. My go to. From classic diamond earrings, bejewelled gold rings to boho silver maple leaf necklaces. Roberts is my preferred jewellers. Hopefully be yours to.

Excellent staff, so much experience in the business. Friendly and very compassionate when selling family jewellery. Highly recommended Roberts Jeweller's, the only business I would use.

I visited Roberts to chose a ring in memory of my mother. The rings were of such quality and competitively priced that I ended up buying two. The staff were exemplary and the whole purchase was an absolute delight.  I cannot recommend this retailer high enough and will certainly return should I  wish to purchase any  further jewellery. This family run business certainly knows the importance of customer service.

I'm extremely disappointed .... wanted to sell some gold jewellery that I don't wear anymore. They clearly advertise the prices on a billboard outside and inside the shop as the lady at the till assessed my gold she tried to rip me off saying she will buy it £4 per gram BELOW what is advertised. Meaning i will walk away over £200 out of pocket. Please shop around as you can get better prices elsewhere.
