Took my engagement ring in to be resized by 2.5 sizes, and AA Jewellers did it in just 3 days. They made it look untouched! The previous place warned me about the difficulty due to the diamonds on the band, quoting triple the price and extra charges if the diamonds shifted, a week-long wait and an extra half a size smaller which I was unsure of. However, AA Jewellers assured me the diamonds would stay secure, and the resizing was a quick and easy job and 2.5 sizes smaller was more than enough; The 3-day wait was due to their busy schedule. Highly recommend them, very pleased with the outcome! :

Absolutely brilliant service. Went to get an earring repaired and it was done straight away and in about five minutes. Staff are lovely and friendly. Will definitely be making A&A Jewellery the place I go to from now for jewellery repair.

After being told by another jeweller that my daughters earring wasn't repairable. I was told to try here. The chap took the broken hoop, given to my daughter by her grandmother, he went out the back. Five minutes later, he bought it back, repaired! He was a man of few words, but I am eternally grateful to him for repairing the precious earring. Thank you.

Shocking customer service, I’ve been here twice for two different items a year apart and both times had the exact same thing happen to me. The first encounter we had, me and my partner said specifically what we wanted for a necklace as a Christmas present, and were told it would be done in time for Christmas. Went to pick it up and it was completely wrong, asked for it to be sorted which they said they would do only to return the next time and for it to still be wrong, meaning it wasn’t available in time for Christmas. A year later this Christmas we returned with high hopes as once completed the necklace was a very nice piece. We went back again for Christmas and asked for a bracelet to match the necklace,l and were told it was sound, we left the necklace there due to last years mishaps and hoped for the best. Lo and behold we went to pick it up after being told that we would be contacted we had to contact them and the bracelet was wrong. This was pointed out to the man and we were greeted with, “okay I’ll sort it, probably be done by next week” there was no apology no remorse no offer of any form of retribution just that it would be sorted. The same thing happened the year before and we were expected to just accept that it wouldn’t be done, I had to take an extra day off work to be able to collect the necklace the first time round. When we went to the shop to collect the bracelet, I was asked if it was correct I said yes and the man produced the card machine with the number on, again, no apologies or offers of any form or retribution at all which I feel is just down right disrespectful. I can understand that mistakes are made especially coming up to a busy time like. Christmas, however not a single time out of the three that we had to return was an apology given which again I just find rude. I wouldn’t mind the hassle of getting to and from the store and loosing time at work as much if the man seemed to have the slightest bit of remorse but from my perspective it didn’t seem like he cared about his mistakes at all and almost acted as if WE had inconvenienced HIM. Such a shame that this man let the store down as the items were beautiful however his customer service was shocking. No apologies were made and he also told us that he would ring with an update which didn’t happen so when we phoned up we were told it would be tomorrow, we phoned up on the day to be told the same thing and again this happened a third time. The lady who felt with us on the one occasion before passing us over to the gentleman however was absolutely lovely and so was the other gentleman with the beard just a shame about the one man who let the store down

Couldn’t recommend AA Jewellers enough. I took my engagement ring in to be resized, they did it within a matter of hours and did an amazing job. They even polished up the ring and it looks brand new. Thank you so much!

Repaired my ring quickly and at a very reasonable price. The service was friendly and professional: you know it's a good place when there's a line out of the door! I will definitely come back in future.

Adrian made to my design an Infinity Knot with Heart pendant in 9 carat gold for my golden wedding anniversary He alternated a diamond with a turquoise stone at my request and the workmanship was perfect The pendant is not small measuring approximately 42mm long x 21mm high and me and my husband are delighted with it

First class service and craftsmanship from the gentleman I dealt with at AA Jewellery. We were turned away from multiple jewellers due to the work being too complex to undertake, but this wasn't a problem here. Very grateful for the work undertaken and the price was also excellent. Thank you very much and I won't hesitate to recommend and use in the future.
