DD Jewllers are the best Jewllers in Birmingham . There designs are absolutely beautiful and phenomenal there customer service was excellent always willing to help and don't Rush you into buying things like some Jewllers do . I met Rishi briefly on my visit but knowing Rishi he is an amazing truthful helpful individual who's always goes above an beyond to Help and nothing is ever to much thank you Rishi and uncle .
I visited DD Jewellers on the 10th February 2022. The customer service was exceptional! I wanted to buy a gold set for my daughter who is getting married in a few months. I was served by a young gentleman called Rishi, who was very welcoming and answered all the questions I had, giving me confidence in DD Jewellers and purchasing from this shop. Rishi showed me a variety of gold sets, it was so hard to choose, so i ended up buying two because they were just so stunning and I was made to feel so comfortable! I did not feel like I was just being sold something, I felt at ease throughout the entire process, no pressure which was great. I noticed every customer is made to feel special, its Iike a VIP service! I've been to many Jewellers before and have felt very pressured in to buying something, but not at DD Jewellers. I highly recommend this Jewellers, they cater for every need and want. Even if you have a design in mind, they can make it for you, it's just fantastic! I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you to Rishi and the rest of the team at DD Jewellers!
I approached DD Jewellers when I wanted to make a special order diamond ring for my wife. From a design that I saw online mixed with some of my own ideas they basically designed the whole ring for me from scratch! It was super impressive that they showed me professional CAD Designs to show me the outlook of how the ring would end up looking like, I was also allowed to make tweaks along the way. They even went into detail with measurements, carat weights and options for what metal I wanted I opted for platinum band. In the end my Eternal Bauggete Diamond ring turned out to be absolutely STUNNING and flawless! The craftsmenship was seriously top quality and even better knowing it was made in the UK to high standard. More importantly my wife absolutely loved it!!!! She shows it off all the time now. Best Anniversary gift ever! Couldn't be more pleased so thanks so much guys! You Rock!!! Definitely be coming back soon to create my next piece of jewellery ;
The best service i came across D D jewellers on TikTok i seen a beautiful bracelet i got in touch and spoke to Rishi he was Amzing with great customer service.i made a card payment for my purchase i received my item the next day he sent it out special delivery. I definitely would recommend am all about great customer service.
My family and I have shopped around for gold jewellery at many places, however after meeting Rishi and his family at their shop, one thing that has stood out is how down to earth and friendly they are. They listen and pay attention to what you are looking for and have always been so honest and never push for any sales. They are trustworthy, reliable and most importantly provide 100% customer satisfaction. They have a range of designs from traditional to contemporary and even offer custom made jewellery. Their diamond ring collection is absolutely stunning and is perfect for anybody looking for a wedding purchase.
Absolute joke gold prices here, they were charging £70 more for the same gold ear studs sold elsewhere. The owner stated he charged more as he paid more for his stock etc. This place is a massive AVOID!

I purchased my 1.25ct Oval Diamond from the owner Rishi. He is the most lovely and charming person I have met.
