Had amazing service from a lady named Clare W. She made us feel very at home the second we went in and she was very attentive with us. Would definitely recommend anyone to come in for perfect customer service and a nice friendly vibe with a lot of help.

Dropped in today while passing, just getting into watches and wanted to explore a bit. Paige was so helpful and made me feel much more confident. Will hopefully be back soon!

My girlfriend and I went watch shopping and were delighted with Nabiha’s excellent customer service. She helped us find the perfect watch for my girlfriend and went the step further by price matching with other vendors. Great experience!

Amazing service from a younger lady in the shop. She came to us straight away and asked if we needed help to which we said not right this second. She told us she’d return to check in on us in 5mins. She did just that! She got out some rings we were looking at and I have a very unrealistic idea of a ring I’m looking for and she gave an amazing consult asking what it is I’m looking for and what I do and don’t like about the rings we had picked. She was ever so helpful! 10/10

Me and my family went in the store and found a watch we really liked but it was unfortunately sold out. But the staff was very helpful especially the staff who was taking care of us, Paige. She ordered the watch for us and we will be receiving it shortly.

We had a fantastic experience in this store today and were served by Nabiha who was incredibly helpful and had such a warm and friendly persona. She made excellent suggestions and with her help I found the perfect watch on my birthday ! Thank you :

Paige did my ear piercing. She was so nice and lovely. I was nervous but she made me feel reassured and comfortable. Had a good experience.
