A honest jeweller which gives very thorough consultations. True gem which is rare in Birmingham as most jewellers are out to take your money especially if you own a luxury automatic time piece.
I went here to get a ring resized - the gentleman was very lovely and helpful as I didn't know what size I needed. He finished it the same day I took it in and it is beautiful! He cleaned it up brilliantly so it sparkles even more now. Really happy and highly recommend this shop!
