Lovely place for a walk with or without a dog. A great place for families to take the kids and let them burn off some energy. Playground: 2 amazing playgrounds for kids, one designed for younger children and one for older children. Restrooms: There are toilets at the back of the cafe which are most of the time, clean and tidy. Unfortunately they're locked up quite early if you like an evening stroll though. Dog-friendliness: Always lots of people walking with there dogs, the cafè is also dog friendly and even sells doggy icecream. Picnic area: There are a few picnic benches around both play parks, but I do feel they could do with a few more. But tgeres so much flat grass area that a picnic blanket would be ideal for most.
Wide open space, walk on the downs, 2 enclosed play areas, cafe, toilets, dog walking. Wild flower areas. Can be cold, take coats.
Great Park, play area for kids and loads of walking areas for dogs. Skate park at the far left end. Cafe serving food, ice creams, hot and cold drinks. Loads of free parking...
Super park, catering for all ages. Brilliant for the whole family. Lovely area. Lots of parking and cafe is very good. Dogs are welcome and catered for.
This is a really nice park and place to hand out with the kids! Plenty to do, park runs, biking, walking and there is a really nice cafe if you're feeling hungry or just want a drink or an ice cream!
Large clean park apart from a couple of bits of graffiti, really lovely trip for the kids. Cafe over priced and toilets dirty but what you would expect in such a place. Would visit again Playground: Really big playground with areas for smaller and older kids Restrooms: Apparently cleaned twice a day but we're very dirty. Muddy floor to be expected.
Used to take daughters to the park and it is brilliant for all ages, large skate board park, football pitches and local cafe
Should be called huge park, it has amazing views of the downs, a great play park for the kids which is split in to two sections , there's only 1 thing wrong with it in my opinion, and that's a lack of any kind of shelter from the elements.
The area is a bit soulless, more trees and a community garden perhaps. Great park with plenty of different equipment to make it a bit different. Great that it has a skate park and path loop good for extra exercise. Easy free parking.
Nice place to go, good cafe, nice kids play facilities. Good for dog walking. Shame about litter and poo that people dont pick up. Ample parking.
