Well what can I say about the Queen Elizabeth Emergency Department . I can honestly not fault the staff receptionist and especially the nurses Doctors and Consultants they have all been wonderful . I have been here on three occasions with my mam lately. Everyone has been wonderful with my mam . I totally understand the wait times and the pressures . You just have to be patient with the wait times everyone is doing their best . I can not thank everyone enough for all the hard work they do . I am pleased to say I can not fault the hospital or the staff. Well done everyone
My partner gave birth to our amazing daughter on the 3rd. The help that was given all round by all the midwives nurses and doctors was amazing they were all so kind and understanding and really went at our pace. The student midwife not sure if I can say names was absolutely incredible. Can’t thank you all enough!
My son was here today with two dislocated fingers. Popped bk in and very well looked after by incredible staff. From the receptionists to the nurses and xray. All high spirited, hard working and dedicated people. Very grateful for them all. Thank you for looking after my son.
Staff are professional nurses and pediatrics are super friendly. I should give a mega thank you to Dr Brown and Dr Sarah. They did everything to make sure that my little one is ok to be discharged from the hospital. Although, receiption a bit tough but I can understand its because of the stress all day and night. Thank you all.
Arrived this morning with a leg injury. From arriving to leaving i must say how impressed i was. In, treated and sent home in a couple of hours. Staff were lovely from start to finish. Amazing hospital.
Can not fault this place, they were amazing when I went in on Tuesday witha. Suspected DVT, despite being a full waiting room they didn't take no chances becaus of my previous one and saw me straight away taking me straight through and checking my bloods. Despite the fact that they couldn't see a clot on my legs they were persisitnat luckily and scanned my lungs which was good because they found one had moved up there. Care was second to none, Thanks
The receptionist at main outpatient department Friday 9th December morning, was just so wonderful. I was stressed, in a flap and she was just so down to earth and helpful, just in the manner she welcomed me.
Unfortunately had to stay a week in hospital, first on admittions then on ward 11. All the staff , including the doctors were fantastic.. They gave 110 percent in their care and attention. Thank you so much
I cannot thank and praise the care and efficiency of the NHS & Queen Elizabeth Breast Screening Dept.enough. Less than 2 wks from visiting my G.P. to getting the all-clear at the QE today. Excemplary!! God save our NHS!! Where would we be without it!
I am sorry but worst emergency department Have been of all my life ! So busy and no empathy about the patient . You can go for emergency and died in the waiting room because of the long waiting ….. please in case of emergency don’t go there . The doctor I had was so cold and no professional. I went to my GP after this experience and I been cared about y symptoms. The hospital just gave me a sort of ibuprofen… can you believe that .
