PER THEIR SITE----Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, this property can only accept bookings for essential travel or stays. You may be asked to provide evidence of this on arrival.--- We booked in Jan before the madness and Now we cant travel to them due to their restrictions for the UK. They wont cancel our reservation that is this Saturday 5/30/2020 and Refund us money on our room. They want us to cancel so it falls under the NON REFUNDABLE rate. Their Government has even said business are to refund money not a voucher and this place emailed me back once and said paraphrase tough luck IF YOU CANCEL its non refundable. Well flight has been cancelled by the airlines full refund and rental car. This Property However will not even respond to our emails or even answer the phone when we call anymore. BEWARE ESP if traveling from out of the UK. We would have gone if the uk would have let us so its not our fault they cant give us what we paid for. See Email from them Below.... even after being told that we knew they are suppose to refund this is what we got back...Have explained with the COVID-19 we both are out of work had to use all our vacation from being out of work and wont be able to reschedule in the 18 months. I truly believe its because they spent the money and don't have it to give back esp since its a AIRBNB type reservation. The property manager was to get with the owner twice now and call us back and has never called back so when i call now i get no answer or call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I have Filed a Complaint with the gov.uk and CMA taskforce. and looking at other actions. Beautiful apartment, more than what we expected. Very specious and clean. I highly recommend this apartment and its in a very quiet place but also close to shopping areas
Beautiful apartment with everything you could need supplied. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Would stay here again anytime.
Very cramped apartments quite noisy because of traffic the actual apartments are very clean good furniture only downside is they are very small apartments
