A group of friends & myself had lunch here. The food was excellent & really good value for money. The staff were attentive & very helpful. We sat out in their, lovely, beer garden, all afternoon, drinking wine, the first time we visited. Back for a surprise lunch for my sisters 50th, at the weekend, brilliant food & service again, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend & we're going back in 2 weeks time.

Staff great. Great selection of drinks... However very pricey.. £5.40 for a gin and tonic? Even centre of Glasgow or Edinburgh don't charge that much. Meals average but great value for money. Room I had was very tired and dated.

Good food at good prices, staff are first class including management. Unfortunately for me after drinking and dining in this establishment for years I have now just been barred as of one fine night only I was mis-behaving , apparently I was to loud before being jumped by several of there regulars outside yet this is acceptable according to management AND may I add and I quote "I was lucky it never happened in the bar/hotel". 1 whole week I was in and out looking to apologise to the staff and management to which I was unsuccessful which I can't understand - maybe my face doesn't fit like the six regulars whom drink in groups and clearly spend more money and must NEVER be loud after a few drink SHOCKING

Wife left expensive phone on seat when popping in for a coffee... it was kept safe for picking up...In Falkirk that demands a lot of respect . Thanks Mark (Barman) owe you one
