Recently visited for food and drinks. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, as were the drinks. After meal we had the option of ordering more drinks at the table or the bar area. Nice, clean place for an evening meal. Menu had good selection and staff were pleasant.

Clean, warm and quiet, room. Decent sized room. Clean all over, could have as much tea or coffee as well as sugar and milk as I wanted. Clean towels every day. Shower gel, and hand soap supplied, plenty of toilet paper. Prime location for all amenities, especially the kelpies. 10-15 minute walk (depending on your own walking pace) to the leisure centre. 30 minutes from the main town centre in walking terms on average, but best to take the bus into town, especially if you come with little people with little legs (the kids).

Premier Inns exist as a universal constant, and Falkirk Central is no exception. Comfortable, good-sized beds in spacious rooms, with clean and well-equipped en-suite facilities, they are a reliable oasis wherever you find yourself. The only criticism I can make is, while the adjoining Beefeater restaurant offered decent evening meals, the breakfast buffet was lacking the expansive choice of other such places I have stayed in. That said, Premier Inn reliability strikes again.

Have stayed in several premier inns...Had to book with only a week's notice due to funeral. To be honest this was the most expensive budget hotel I have ever booked. Arrived quite late and had a shower then found there was only tea, no coffee in my room. @£144 for two nights EXCLUDING breakfast it certainly was not low budget accommodation.. Would not stay there again and would shop around for better value for money in future. Local hotel I popped into (and had a meal) quoted me £50 per night including breakfast and the staff at that hotel were very friendly.
