Excellent room, nice and quiet even though web site does mention its next to a major road. Staff are nice and polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was in an ideal location for us as we were attending a wedding at Airth Castle. Our room was big, spacious and very comfortable. Certainly one of the best premier inns we've stayed at. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. There was also a large car park with plenty of spaces.

Best experience. I will never stay anywhere else when I travel to UK, Ireland or Scotland. The rooms were immaculate, the staff attentive and friendly and the attached restaurants had great food at very reasonable prices. I actually quoted them for a graduate level marketing case study. They did everything right. A high quality stay at a price everyone can't afford to not pay. Try saving a little money by going to another hotel and wind up in a hotel with mold on the floor (yes, happened to me in London). These folk even use chlorine to wipe the rubber on the emergency stairs. That attention to detail shows up all over the hotel.

The room was absolutely spotless. A good, clean and comfortable environment, worthy of another visit for definite.
