It's a car garage themed bar! Presumably they didn't have much choice in that, since the place still smells mildly - but noticeably - of diesel oil. Drinks are named things like 'Sparkplug' and the bar staff are known as 'Mechanics' - and boy, can they charge like mechanics! They have Shindigger on tap, which is cool, but they've gone in for this schooner malarky i.e. selling beer by 2/3 of a pint -- when did this become acceptable??, two cost me £9. Another way of saying that is that a pint and a bit costs £9.
Never knew about this place until I passed it love the old memorabilia which is excellent although it looks like a modern style place 3 floors to the building smoking area upstairs as well I don't smoke! toilets are clean nice views staff nice not a sports bar though and the larger £4.30 pilsner.
Quiet little place over three floors. Two for one on Prosseco on a Friday
Lovely atmosphere but never seen to have quite enough staff on
Got daily deals here plus pool and arcade games. Also has 2 floors.
