Not as good as last year. Struggled to get karaoke working correctly, had to move huts in the end. No mince pies and cold.
We ordered some pizzas and after 1h and 20 min we were still not served. The customer service was really bad when we asked for refund. Never again!
The venue was nowhere as good as when the 'Hutte' was located beside the John Rylands Library on Deanshate, had far more character but all the same was still a great evening of karaoke singing, as ever. Having been for several years in a row there was no way me & friends would not enjoy the Christmas experience, and we did enjoy it......again! The bar staff were very slow, plus the karaoke machine was broken and had 30mins of no singing! This was probably good for everyone who had to listen to us but unfortunately put a damper on the evening! We were given an extra 30mins after our allotted time had finished which was we were very appreciative , will visit again soon. The huttes unfortunately were INDOORS, which took the normal atmosphere and fun away, the cold & wet makes the venue part of the excitement.
Wine was off, karaoke didn't have many songs
Dark and cold environment inside but nice outdoor area if it is not raining. There was good service and drinks. Order on the app. Cool novelty ski shots and option to do karaoke in a sound proof hut if so desires
Extremely poor song choices and the interface is really bad unable to search for songs.
overcharged, understaffed, tried telling us there’s a 6 pound service charge when they knew they was in the wrong
