The customer service is so poor it is unbelievable. I would never purchase anything from Furnature village ever again. I have paid in full for my purchase and when I called in the first time to check on status of my order, female staff has responded that she can not help me at the moment that she is on ladies toilet and she will call me later.I was shocked but even more when she never got back to me.I have called back next day, the male staff member on the phone was not able to spell so to find my order was impossible for him.He was so rude and even told me that I am not listening and he is not able to help me without giving him an order number, even though I have explained I am traveling and don't have the order number with me at the moment. When I finaly got to the point I was not about to put up with this sort of treatment and told him I will cancel the whole order, I was passed onto the manager. He told me that part of my order is in the warehouse and I should wait for the phonecall regarding delivery date or I can collect it. When I went to collect the item next day, none of the staff was able to find it. I am very busy person and also happen to be 8 months pregnant, so I could not believe the waist of time and rude treatment I was receiving. They assured me, yet again, that someone would call me next day to schedule suitable delivery .Female staff called me up at 9 am, when I said I need the delivery today or Saturday morning. She said she has no slots available, I have told her what a nightmare this whole experience has already been and sugested her to speak to her manager.She has never called back ( again ) so I have called the store myself ( 12 : 00 ) to check what is going on .I was told it will be delivered this afternoon @ 1pm, I have asked why has noone told me that as I could have been out and not at home. I have been told again ,, I can only appologize '' .Let me tel you after hearing it over and over again it looses its meaning. When the delivery guys turn up, nightmare servis has continued. Not only they didn't bring all pieces needed to put the item together ( had to go back to store and get it) but they also left the drill behind in my property. If this is the standard every customer receives here I am surprised they are not out of business yet.I will definitely not go back and spend my money with them ever again.

The worst customer service ever. So pushy towards selling. The guy wouldn't leave me and my husband alone even after telling him we would like to be alone he didn't go. I found it very pushy, it made me very uncomfortable.
He followed us absoultetly everywhere .
Because of that I asked my husband to go and didnt even get a chance to look properly. It's a shame that you can't just walk in and browse. Same day i went to Sofalogy next to Smyths and the service we got there was unbelievable! Caring , genuine and really relaxed. Furniture village i won't be coming back.
