Better Bathrooms

Truly an awful pace to visit. The staff are outright rude and very intimidating. I went to this store to collect my online order and was told I was two minutes late for 12 pm cut off time on Sunday! The staff in the counter was very rude and verbally abusive. When I called the manager, he just stood their unable to control the staff but not apologetic. I was told the staff was justified in his anger as we were late! This is customer service 1930 style! Will never go again nor will recommend this pace to anyone. Just when I thought the store was bad. I called the customer service line to make a formal complain about my ordeal, never mind the 40 mins wait to get through to an agent, I was promised a call back and after a thorough investigation it has been more than a week no call back. I did what any self respecting human would do cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere. The people running this place should be ashamed of themselves.

terrible customer service waiting on hold for an hour on 5 occasions, was told that my goods will be with me on the 2nd march and i am still waiting. would never use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy !!!!!!!!

It is a very good showroom, but......... A sign of a good company is 100% about what they do when something goes wrong, so don't bother with this one. I've spent well over £3000 with them this year, but left frustrated by incompetent customer services, lying delivery drivers and contradicting T&C's. Hours on the phone, lots of e-mails and generally unhelpful/unreasonable responses. I was basically accused of stealing a item, which they didn't deliver in the first place. My advice is check every box and box within a box before letting the delivery driver leave and if he tells you that you have 3 days to report 'any' issues that apparently doesn't include missing items. I've already let my bank recover the cost of undelivered items and they didn't bother challenging that despite arguing the case with me for weeks. I can't recommend the 'charge back' scheme enough if you are having an issue.

DELIVERY / ITEMS UNACCEPTABLE. The staff in the store seem professional and friendly, and the order process is simple. HOWEVER, DON'T BE FOOLED. They claimed our order would take 2 weeks (a primary reason for choosing the specific item rather than an alternative). 2 months later and we were still waiting... Eventually it arrived. The item arrived damaged, and had clearly been assembled before. The returns policy is dodgy - no refunds basically. They won't compensate you for any reason - delivery taken longer than promised, damaged goods etc, or even if you decided the unit wasn't right for you - tough you're stuck with it. You have to wait 45 minutes to get through to anyone on the phone. Absolutely shocking and reading other reviews I'm surprised trading standards haven't been called. Maybe they have...

Awful company, took weeks of chasing as order overdue only to be told item is no longer a stock item and someone should have contacted me!!! UTTER RUBBISH
