Waited for somebody to come & help me this afternoon  as i had asked for  help nobody came of course!  this is the 4th time it has happened ! Actually thought they must be closing the store as no no 7 products I wanted to buy were on the shelves as usual   so walked out so take my custom  to super drug instead  more staffn& better selection so boots have missed out another £80 !!

This store is so disorganised. Empty shelves and what stock they have looks a mess. Lack of staff on shop floor. Can hardly ever find what I need

can NEVER get ahold of anyone on the phone, tried on over 6 separate occasions and no answer.nncant even get them to release the prescription without someone doing so in store. so have to go without important tablets

Absolutely Brilliant customer services & dealings by Diksha  at Boots  perfume section : much much appreciated.  Thanks a lot for such an outstanding dealings with explanation in detail !!!

Very basic stuff, I didn't find much variety. Mostly testers were not available in the cosmetic section and also the products.
