Very pleasant and helpful staff. Particular thanks go to Katie. They have this rather fun thing where you lie down and it works out the best mattress for you. Takes a couple of minutes. Maybe it's commonplace but I haven't seen it before but then how often do we buy a mattress!. Good selection of mattresses at what seemed to me to be competitive prices. Wasn't so keen on the bedframe selection, but that's personal. They will dispose of your old mattresses they give you a cover for I think it was £30. They will also get rid of the old frame for a price but one has to dismantle it for them first...so for that service we didn't bother taking it up. Would recommend this place simply on the basis of the friendly and helpful staff there
I don't normally write reviews but my fiancé and I had excellent customer service from Arfan who spent the time talking through all the options for our new bed. The bed and mattress were delivered extremely quickly less than a week and the two men who assembled it were lovely. The mattress is the comfiest I have ever slept on. Absolutely cannot fault anything.
We had multiple issues with our order on the delivery side but the help and support the Slough branch provided was very much appreciated by both me and my husband. In particular, we have to say Arfan is so wonderful. He made us feel at ease and assured us that the issues we were having would be sorted. Morris was also great - he helped us multiple times and is so friendly.

Morris is the best salesman ever . He gets a 5 star for his excellent service, helpful nature and experience he have for so many years. I would love to recommend him to everyone.
One of the worst services I've ever had. they where suppose to come Friday to set up the bed and forgot the fixings to make it, also put a hole in the mattress getting it into my new flat. was promised it would be set up on Saturday but nothing. then promised Monday and was told nothing had been booked in by the person I spoke to. i was told the mattress would be replaced this weekend and have now just got a e-mail stating they cannot do it till the weekend after so another week with a hole in the mattress. shocking is an understatement. at £1100 this is completely unacceptable.
Morris is an exceptional salesman who gives you all the time and attention required to make a qualified decision. Have bought many times from Morris and I would highly recommend spending time talking to him b4 making the decision to purchase.
Good Covid19 procedures in place which were immediately put into action by assistant Morris on entering the store. Morris then assisted me and partner through the process of selecting a new bed and mattress. His knowledge of the products was clear and he helped us to find the best match to our needs. thoroughly impressed by his manner throughout. Recommended A+++
