Went to collect my online order from slough mother care store . The lady on the desk was so rude she told me I have already collect my order .I was shock as it was for my friend's baby shower. She did not bother to check on the book or anywhere eles .I left my number with her to call me its been 5 days no one call me. waste of money .I have always order things online this is never happen to me any where.so disappointed so rude staff not willing to help at all.

Staff couldn’t be bothered. Went I have a look at car seats and asked about harness and extended rear facing 25kgs.. was told to look online. She then showed me seats with harness capacity of 15kg!!

Rude staff rude manager called Paul winter AVOID!!!!!! If they carry on giving customer service like they do they will be the next store to close down!!! Never anyone to help with anything click and collect is a joke!!! Go to the ready store instead much more helpful

Exasperating manager. Last time I visited I got home and the security label was still in my purchase so I had to go back to have it removed (total 2 hour journey time). The guy in charge on the day at least refunded my petrol money to say sorry. Yesterday I was fitted for a maternity bra but the only one in my size was heavily soiled (looked like it had been worn and returned which was pretty gross) so the lady went into the back to get another. I checked the size etc and bought it but when I got home it was a nursing bra not a maternity bra. I called the store and asked if I came back to change it if they would refund petrol money and manager said she had never done that and the only option would be to interrupt the deputy manager on his paternity leave to check if he did it (obviously not good enough to trust the customer). This store is fine if you have a straight forward purchase but very hit with or miss if you have an issue. I won’t be buying my baby clothes at mothercare once my baby is born.

Great and probably only place in Slough where you can get Pretty much everything for mother and baby.
