Randeep is a TOP man at Halfords. He was incredibly helpful when I first got there to get my number plates changed. He and his colleague also pointed out visible faults they saw with my car such as the front light going out and advised me on road safety because my back light went out which did not light up my number plate. He was incredibly swift to get the job done and very accommodating of my questions or concerns.nnThank you so much for your help Randeep!! You’re a solid guy and I really do appreciate your support!
After my car battery died, I went straight to this Halfords. I was seen almost immediately, having unbeknownst to them left my car running outside should I the battery have gone flat again. The staff were able to find me the right batteries and all the options available to me. He took the battery outside for me and the technician was already there, disconnecting my old battery. I waited in the warmth whilst they changed my battery and made sure everything was alright with the car and the new battery. Seamless team and such great customer service. Thank you so much!
Honestly great customer service, trustworthy and reliable. Went in yesterday with a flat battery and within a few minutes of arriving they were already sorting it out. Was helped by Lily, Junaid and another colleague - all were wonderful, assets to to their team. They showed a lot of care when changing my battery over turns out to be quite tricky in a Mini!. Whilst I was there, at least another 4-5 cars came for battery replacements, and the team and their colleagues attended to them with ease, even in such cold weather they were all so kind, positive and approachable. Genuinely a great store and great team. Thank you!
I arrived at Halfords with my head a bit worried about car stuff needing doing.nI had zero waiting time after getting my car checked in & paying for 2 front wipers.nRandeep completed the replacement in no time at all, I couldn't believe it.nI also had my tyre pressure checked & enquired into various factors to get my push bike back on the road.nI left feeling thoroughly satisfied & confident that Halfords will provide all my customer needs.nIt is always marvellous to receive excellent customer service which I did from Randeep who was very personable, efficient & professional. Also the well informed young gentleman on the cycle unit & the smart young lady on the front desk were superb in the service they provided me.nI am so sorry I didn't take their 2 names but thank you to all 3 staff!
Bought 2 car seats today. I was helped by Lily, who went through the info of the car seats, took them to my car and helped take the iso fix connection from my car. The store was extremely busy and I am really grateful for thr service and time taken to help me. The service was brilliant. Thank you again
