Just paid a visit and the most amazing guy named Jo helped us he changed the windscreen wipers for us helped us get the right ones help us with oil and was really patient. He is a real asset to Halfords bath road Slough. Absolutely fantastic customer service- I fact I always find all the staff helpful in this branch.
Absolutely terrible! Went to buy a headlight bulb. It said quite clearly that the price included fitting, but when we asked for it to be fitted we're told it would be an hour. Really?? Funny how the person behind us got her fitting done straight away. And no, it's not cheaper if you don't have fitting!
Jabbar from Halfords Slough was really friendly and helpful. When replacing my car battery, he helped checked how much cell power was left before deciding to get it replaced. Very happy with the new car battery as it has now helped me get through this winter !
Absolutely brilliant service, 10 check completed. Oil, washers, coolant, power steering fluid all topped up... great guys easy to talk to. Very happy with the service, counter staff were also very friendly and helpful 10/10 for service with a smile which is hard to come across these days
Experienced first class customer service from Halfords in Slough. I needed to replace my wiper blades and Jabbar was beyond patient, friendly and polite helping me understand which ones I required. He then proceeded to show me how to change the wiper blades and then even managed to un-jam my boot. He really went out of his way in providing excellent customer service.
