Fantastic team. The different departments within Used Racking Co work brilliantly together to get the job done smoothly. We've had them back 3 times to install more racking for us and the service has been great everytime.
Great service, racking we purchased was in excellent condition and about half the price of comparable new rakcing. Andy was really helpful with sorting our quote out, adjusting accordingly and arranging delivery at a specific time for us with a forklift on the delivery lorry. Thanks!
Andy was very responsive and helpful when we didn't know what we needed. Once delivered we encountered a few problems which were again, very quickly sorted out. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be using you again.
Terrible customer service and belligerent attitude to customers. Best avoided. There are plenty of other racking companies to choose from out there. Will defintiely go elsewhere for our future needs.

Set a date for a site survey 2 weeks in advance with numerous correspondence. 15 minutes before the scheduled meeting Andy called me because he had 'something else to do' and cancelled, despite confirming the meeting that morning. I had 2 guys at the unit waiting. Thanks for wasting my time. Glad I didn't do business in the end. What a swerve.
For too long I have battled with not enough shelf space in my garage, using racking from the usual DIY shops. The Used Racking Company was recommended to me by a friend so I called for some advice and spoke to Charlotte who identified exactly what I needed. I've just put it all together I collected, and it went together easily and is a fantastic product - I bought their own brand system. Great comapny to buy from, everyone was really friendly including the guy in the warehouse who gave me enough advice so that I could build it easily.
The racking we received was of exceptional quality, exactly as described and look great in our warehouse. The customer service we received was efficient and the delivery was very prompt. I would recommend this company and their products.
We have purchased both new and used equipment from The Used Racking Company for many years and found them very helpful and their prices are very very competitive. Their advise is second to none and their new Pre - Galvanised Pallet Racking looks good brightens up the warehouse I've been told. There is always plenty of stock at Slough and if rarely there's a shortage there is generally another product that will do the job. Their 'used' racking is always fit for purpose and good quality.
Excellent service, very helpful group of guys - and ultimately the racking we purchased was impressive quality and some of the cheapest we could find. Very strong, sturdy and easy to assemble. Highly recommended!
