Used a couple of times, would now avoid if possible. Possibly the rudest woman I’ve spoke to at a garage, ever. Spoke to me like dirt when I simply asked for an engine management light to be diagnosed. Apparently you’re forced to get a service with them first or they will not diagnose and remove a clear issue. This garage also offer some questionable solutions that will NOT pass an MOT. Disgusting service, clearly cash grabbing. Genuine review, ignore the overly positive reviews, clearly fake.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
Would avoid this garage at all costs. Moved to Fulford 3 years ago and used them on a regular basis with no issues, then all of a sudden last year I took my car in for the usual MOT and service, not only did they absolutely trash my alloys but they charged me so much more than the Peugeot dealership themselves to carry out the same work which is absolutely ridiculous?! When my partner rang them up about it they had no valid reason for doing so and didn’t even try and correct the situation. They lost a regular customer that day and I will never go back. Fulford Autos have been servicing and maintaining Vine House Construction's vans and cars for many years. They have always provided excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We would highly recommend them and will continue to rely on them to keep our fleet of vehicles on the road.
I have used Fulford auto services on a few occasions now and couldn't recommend them higher. First of all, what really stands out is the high level of service and friendliness the team offer. And on top of that they always want to give you the best deal possible and save you money where they can. They have also always gone out of their way to look after us. Every time I have dealt with them they have exceeded my expectations. They are always busy but always seem to be able to fit us in and deal with any issues effectively and quickly.
After a recommendation I called Peter to arrange a service and mot for my IQ, he said he'd squeeze the car in within 3 days which was great because my mot and service had run out. I asked him for a quote over the phone which he gave me between £160/5. When he called me to tell me it was ready to collect I asked how much it cost....he told me £220. When I questioned this....he said he'd sort something out. So I went to collect it.....and he gave me a receipt of £169.19, I gave him £170 in cash whilst I went through the receipt of what had been done and at what price and waited for the change which I never got offered . He then told me he'd given me 10% discount which I again questioned. I stated that it was a more then what he quoted me even with discount offered. He then tried to offer me £5 back. I advised him then and there that I was not happy with the customer service and I'd never return again. I'm very disappointed because I choose to give my business to local businesses for a reason not for them to try and charge me too much and then pacify me with a non existent discount. I was raised with the belief people should stick to their word. Wouldn't recommend the garage.

My car was starting to show signs of needing a service and after speaking with Pete previously about a squeaking issue, he had me booked in within a week. Dropped my car off first thing and it was ready to collect just after lunch with 3 New tyres, oil filter, squeaking brakes attended to and a full service Peter and team were very polite throughout and were always happy to answer questions or just have a small chit chat. I would highly reccomend to anyone needing anything done.Services: Brakes
