We had the pleasure of dealing with the guy's from Autopoint York for a car for my wife, initially all contact was via telephone. Then finally we met up for the handover of the vehicle, and apart from a couple of minor things that were very quickly sorted out without any hesitation. The deal was concluded and we drove the car home all 300mls of the way, without any problems at all. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. All that remains is to say thanks to all concerned at Autopoint, my wife is very happy with her new wheels.

Bought a fiesta ST a couple of days ago from the guys at auto point york, came to view the car and even though I am a young lad they treated me as if I was any other customer which I felt was very professional, I was delighted with the car and it was exactly how Ross described it over the phone, we went out for a drive in the car and I was sold ! They gave me a good price for my part exchange and even had it Serviced free of charge ready to be picked up the next day, Great service from the team, Thankyou

Great service from start to finish  Great value car and perfect drive. Wanted this car since I was a kid and now have one ( volvo s60 turbo   Will definitely use in the near future. Thank you all

The Autopoint team were very efficient from the first viewing and test drive, through to the purchase of our used car, which we are very pleased with. They were very obliging and nothing was a trouble even when they were busy.

Refilled my aircon but didnt work after a day then they blamed my car having a leak- refused to refund me and said "you asked us to refill it and that's what we've done" ppor customer service.
