My car went in for a full service fully expecting it to raise a few faults given its age and mileage. I received lots of good feedback from the team and repairs done at a fair price. They told me about some observations that would need looking at in a few thousand miles. I didn't leave with that feeling that I'd been ripped off and felt happy with the work carried out. To be honest, I wasn't sure about Halfords servicing my car but I'm converted and will use them again. Great job Halfords!

I have always received a very good and honest service from the team here. Even when they are very busy they will do their best to accommodate your car should a problem arise.

I was getting a twanging sounds when turning the steering wheel, took it in for a suspension check as I’ve had this in the past from a broken coil/strut mount. Halfords said the car was fine, just a loose exhaust bracket. The noise didn’t stop so I went to ATS, who looked at it straight away and took about 2 minutes to find the strut mount was broken.

After failing my MOT due to a dim headlight, I had to rebook the car for a replacement headlight connector costing £90. At the next booking another mechanic, Stefan Rosu managed to clean up the bulb connector instead of replacing it saving me £65. The assistant manager, Liam also waved the £15 MOT retesting fee. Thank you.
