I have to commend Chris for his service. He was very flexible and amenable. And I really appreciated that as I was up against it timing wise. He was also really great at helping me understand the cautions received against my vehicle and the options for dealing with that. This was my first experience of using Kwik Fit for an MOT and I would really recommend using this branch from now on. Tim, York
Foss Island branch made no promises to fix my car on the same day but said they would look at it first thing in the morning if I wanted to leave my vehicle overnight. They did as promised and phoned me early next day to let me know the outcome. The person I dealt with Chris delivered excellent customer service.
What an absolute brilliant set of lads! Friendly, approachable, professional and respectful. I had a stuck valve cap on my new car, yes metal one. They replaced valve, refitted all new plastic valve caps,so i wont have same problem in the future. Checked ALL tyre pressures. In five minutes AT NO COST. Massive Thank you, well done..
Brought can in with a tyre losing air on the front... while you're here they tell my wife. It's needs 2 new on the rear... tyres in fine condition 2-3 mm from the tread wear marker. Health check they email doesnt open. No thanks. Feels like a return to the bad old days of Kwik Fit.
I am pleased to have used Kwik Fit's tyre changing service. Their team and Jack who helped me in the service displayed professionalism throughout the process. Not only were they patient in addressing my questions, but they also completed the service quick. Thanks to Jack and his team.
I give them one star because you couldn't give them minus! Got caught up in traffic and arrived 5 minutes late to get turned away by the most unpleasant, unhelpful of employees I have ever had the displeasure to met at any garage!
Quick professional service, tried at ATS first but they just said too busy we can't help you today and sent me away. Kwik fit said leave it with us and it will be done within an hour, no problem even though I was just a drop in customer.
Took my Rav 4 in today with a screw in the tier and air hissing out with no appointment. The really friendly guy on the desk said no problem we can sort that out leave your number. Short time later phone call received problem fixed. I would 100% recommend these guys and will use them again in the future. Thankyou
Amazing service at foss Island. I discovered I had a nail in my tyre. Booked me in straight away, and although I had to wait, it was clear they were very busy! Car done before time. Friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend and use again. My dogs were made very welcome, resulting in Sherlock, Teddy and I being very happy! Thanks, guys!
Easy to book online; professional interim service done. Extra work was needed on rear brake - they kept the faulty parts to show me. Extra cost was high, but work did need doing. Vehicle Health Check emailed to me.
