One of the few honest mechanics left in York, it's old school proper mechanics, not kwik fit style, get as much money as you can from the customer! Off the main road but worth a visit if you want a job done right or need to buy a used car. I'm handy with tools but rather give the work to these guys, for the price and peace of mind knowing my car's safe!!

Got my car through its last MOT, I've taken it back to get it through this year's MOT as they did such a great job last time. No nonsense thorough mechanics. Will recommend to all my friends.

Poor service took piss with me cars and van one job took over 3months what should of only took two weeks over priced poor work would not trust him and some of his reviews are family members to boost reviews I even bought a car off him the cultch went in an hour he tried saying I damage the car the gearbox went in 6months had to rebuild the engine and gearbox again after he did the work

Very pleasant and helpful, called back in the morning as promised and jump started my daughter's car at her home the same afternoon. But her house is five minutes from the garage, five minutes jump starting it. To charge a student £50 was a bit excessive I felt.
